Being a project manager isn’t easy. You need to juggle systems, processes, and people. You have to think on your feet, recognize and manage risks, negotiate time and price, build relationships, and keep the project running smoothly from start to finish — using your tech savvy, patience, and a sense of humor.
If you have what it takes to lead projects in manufacturing, information technology, financial services, environmental management, construction, utilities, or a long list of other sectors, you could be part of one of the fastest growing careers in 11 countries.
A Project Management Career By the Numbers
The Project Management Institute predicts by 2027, the demand for project managers will increase 33% — or almost 22 million new jobs. And with average annual salaries in the U.S. ranging from the mid 60s to a generous 6-figures, companies are willing to pay high prices to fill the gap.
Do you want to complement your associate’s degree or years of experience by adding to your resume — and your bank account? An online bachelor’s in project management may be your ticket to join this expanding job market.
